Job Description Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payment-related functionalities. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and API testing across backend and frontend systems. Validate Swift message formats (MT/MX) or payment gateway integrations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to understand system architecture and requirements. Perform end-to-end testing of payment flows, including reconciliation, settlement, and transaction processing. Participate in requirements reviews , ensuring testability and quality standards are met from the start. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of QA/testing experience in SWIFT and Payment Gateway. . Strong understanding of QA methodologies , SDLC , and STLC . Exposure to Swift messaging protocols (MT/MX) or working knowledge of payment gateways . Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA , TestRail , Zephyr ). Basic understanding of database querying (SQL). Good understanding of transaction processing systems and financial workflows. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in Salesforce is mandatory. Good understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integrations, etc. Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Communities or Salesforce platform or Marketing Cloud or Industry Clouds. Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is a plus. Ability to understand business requirements, prepare effort estimates, system design. Ability to develop project-related documents: requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual, etc. Education: Any graduate. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting or management-oriented environment; at least 1 end-to-end SFDC (Salesforce) implementation experience in India or globally. Willingness to travel for short and long term duration.
