Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO
who will act as the right hand to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle day-to-day correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Support in strategic projects, research, and data analysis as required by the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure professional handling at all times.
- Organise travel plans, accommodations, and event arrangements for the CEO.
- Track deadlines, monitor project progress, and provide timely reminders and updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or in a similar executive support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and handle high-pressure situations.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
