The ServiceNow GRC Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow's GRC modules to support our organization's governance, risk management, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience with ServiceNow GRC, a strong understanding of GRC frameworks, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation : Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.

- Customization : Customize and configure GRC applications to meet organizational requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.

- Consultation : Provide expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders on GRC processes and ServiceNow functionality. Assist in defining and documenting GRC requirements.

- Integration : Manage integrations between ServiceNow GRC and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.

- Optimization : Assess and optimize existing GRC processes and solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.

- Training and Support : Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators on ServiceNow GRC functionalities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and training materials.

- Project Management : Oversee GRC projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

- Compliance : Ensure that ServiceNow GRC solutions comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow GRC modules, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.

Skills :

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow GRC applications and their functionalities.

- Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks, processes, and best practices.

- Proven experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC modules.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple : ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC or similar certifications are highly desirable.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional certifications are a plus.


Additional Requirements :

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to adapt to new challenges and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
