Job descriptionResponsibilities and DutiesIdentifying the prospective tenants for the mall, in sync with the concept and aimed retail mix.Getting Site Visits Done for the clientsKeeping track of new mallsMaintaining of Lead Sheets and tracking it Keeping track of availability in existing mallsKeep track of availability of shops in main markets of Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and other statesNegotiating with Anchor & Vanilla tenantsClosing deals / transactions with them along with all documentationPossession coordinates for the respective closed transactionsAttending events for projects launchesAttending retail conferencesMaking presentations and Client pitchingQualifications and SkillsThis Job requires experienced and dynamic professionals who have an understanding of this job profile. Who is already closing off the real estate transactions.
