Job Purpose

The Integration Specialist is responsible for implementing Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) API integrations, configuring LMS products and schemes for new digital partnerships. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet technical and design specifications.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Requirement Gathering
  • Understand client requirements and ensure clear documentation for LOS/LMS changes.
  • Obtain necessary sign-offs from operations, product, credit, and finance teams.
  1. Application Change Management
  • Manage JIRA Sprints for LOS and LMS applications.
  • Ensure all LMS change requests follow the JIRA process.
  1. API and Product Standardization
  • Build and standardize APIs to ease integration with third-party partners.
  • Publish standardized APIs to external partners.
  1. LMS Product Design
  • Work with the product team to design and develop LMS features.
  • Use JIRA for storyboards, prototypes, and iterative feedback.
  1. Audit and Compliance
  • Support audit queries related to LMS applications and ensure no compliance issues.
  1. Project Management
  • Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure quality and timeline adherence.


Key Relationships

  • Internal: Product, Operations, Customer Service, Digital Operations, Sales, Credit, and IT Teams – for product development, sprint management, and operational support.
  • External: Development and Business Partners – for issue resolution, tracking quality, and project cost management.


Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in tech companies, digital banking, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems, APIs, DevOps, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with financial products like loans and credit.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder communication and agile project management.
