- Need to monitor the payment performance dashboard on a real time and raise the alarm for any incident and taking the action as per SOP. Following up with 3rd party for Incident RCA
- Oversee the end-to-end incident management process, ensuring timely identification, assessment, prioritization, and resolution of incidents in adherence to SLAs.
- Utilize ServiceNow tool to record, manage, and track incidents, including documentation of root cause analysis, workarounds, and resolutions.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams in incident response efforts, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and swift incident resolution.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement preventive measures to minimize the recurrence of incidents.
- Provide regular incident management reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and areas of concern.
- Preferred Comms skills – Excellent command over English language (Verbal & Written both)
- 2 Years of technical support experience in Incident Management for any fintech/banking process.
