Job Purpose Individual will establish and nurture strong connections with significant business leaders and managers. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Principal Accountabilities Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies & programs as decided by the central HR team. Undertake tasks around performance management. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates, Preparing and Maintaining People dashboard. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities. Knowledge & Experience Must have fluency in English (written and verbal) Proven experience of - years in HRBP In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills MBA is a preferred to have for this role. Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
