Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Healthcare Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives in the healthcare industry. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing high-impact digital campaigns that drive awareness, patient engagement, lead generation, and brand growth in compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee omnichannel campaigns across paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content.

Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in healthcare digital marketing and technology.

Campaign Management

Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for B2B and B2C healthcare segments.

Coordinate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Analytics & Optimization

Track and analyze KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, patient acquisition, etc.) and provide actionable insights.

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Report on ROI and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Team Leadership

Manage a team of digital marketers, freelancers, and/or agencies.

Provide mentorship and performance management to junior team members.

Compliance & Industry Knowledge

Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.

Proven track record of successful digital campaign execution and optimization.

Strong experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.

Deep understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and patient data privacy laws.

Preferred:

Master's degree or MBA.

Experience in tele health, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or hospital systems.

Certification in digital marketing platforms (Google, HubSpot, etc.).

Key Skills:

Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.

Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape

Experience: 8 Above Years

Work Location: JNTU, Hyderabad.

Salary: 8LPA-14 LPA, SLIGHT NEGOTIABLE.
