Summary of Role

The Revenue Accountant is a key team member in the company’s global accounting team, working with Revenue team to establish a world-class accounting organization. The Revenue Accountant is responsible for setup and maintenance of processes and procedures that properly capture, track, and report revenue and other accounting transactions, in accordance with the company accounting policy. This role will handle various financial tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and provides valuable financial insights to support decision-making.



How You’ll Succeed

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to Revenue Accounting.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with numbers accurately are essential.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide accurate financial information.
  • Being comfortable operating in a fast-paced, result-oriented growth environment.
  • Being a champion of predictability and assurance.


What You Bring

  • Experience with reconciliation of Deferred Revenue accounts.
  • Experience reviewing and reporting Recurring Revenue streams in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience with international multi-currencies.
  • Perform month-end close process including contract review, preparing journal entries, and prepare monthly account reconciliations and revenue schedules.
  • Additionally, this role will work closely with our finance and external audit teams to provide accurate, timely data and help support the annual audit process.
  • Review Salesforce bookings information to ensure accurate revenue treatment.
  • Maintain accurate records to facilitate review with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Ability to manage time well to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated to be an individual contributor.
  • Willingness to be involved and drive change management.
  • Advanced level of using Microsoft office (outlook, excel, word, etc.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system + Salesforce a plus.
