Responsibilities :

Software Development: Develop and integrate complex AUTOSAR software components for embedded systems within radar platforms.

Architecture Design: Define and implement robust and reusable software architectures aligned with project requirements.

AUTOSAR Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of multiple AUTOSAR BSW stack/MCAL modules, providing technical leadership and guidance.

Tool Proficiency: Effectively utilize Vector/Mentor AUTOSAR tools for efficient software development and integration.

Performance Optimization: Optimize software performance by leveraging AUTOSAR multicore architectures and addressing memory/throughput constraints.

Microcontroller Knowledge: Apply in-depth knowledge of 16/32-bit microcontrollers, particularly Renesas RH, TRICOR, or PowerPC architectures.

Development Tool Proficiency: Utilize development tools such as CANalyzer, debuggers, and oscilloscopes for testing and validation.

Methodology Adherence: Apply ASPICE and AGILE methodologies to ensure software quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Safety and Security: Prioritize functional safety and cybersecurity in all software development activities.

SDLC Management: Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and validation.

Issue Resolution: Efficiently debug and resolve software issues to meet project deadlines.

Collaboration: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and overcome technical challenges.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in embedded systems and AUTOSAR software development.

- Strong background in defining and implementing software architectures for radar platforms.

- In-depth expertise in at least two AUTOSAR BSW stack/MCAL modules (Com stack, Memory Stack, Diagnostic Stack, Cybersecurity Stack, OS, Watchdog, MCAL).

- Proficiency in CDD and RTE.

- Hands-on experience with Vector/Mentor AUTOSAR tools.

- Solid understanding of AUTOSAR multicore architecture and optimization techniques.

- Knowledge of 16/32-bit microcontrollers and experience with Renesas RH, TRICOR, or PowerPC architectures.

- Proficiency in using development tools (CANalyzer, debuggers, oscilloscopes).

- Strong understanding of ASPICE and AGILE methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to ensure functional safety and cybersecurity.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with specific radar systems or algorithms.

- Knowledge of additional AUTOSAR modules (e.g, PDU Router, Communication Manager).

- Experience with specific AUTOSAR tools (e.g, DaVinci Developer, Configurator).

- Certification in AUTOSAR or related areas
