ob Description Backend & Inventory Executive (Female Candidate)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a female candidate with prior experience in*backend operations and inventory management within the clothing/apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock records, coordinating with vendors, handling backend documentation, and ensuring smooth operations of the inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and update inventory records accurately on a daily basis.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

* Handle backend documentation, purchase orders, and inward/outward stock entries.

* Ensure proper storage, categorization, and tracking of clothing items.

* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

* Prepare regular inventory reports and share with management.

* Assist in backend operations such as billing, dispatch coordination, and database maintenance.

* Implement and maintain **inventory control systems** to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements:

* Female candidate with experience in backend operations and inventory management (preferably in clothing/apparel industry).

* Graduate in Commerce/Management or equivalent.

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel/ERP systems for inventory handling.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

* 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a **clothing or retail brand**.

* Knowledge of fabric types, SKUs, and apparel stock handling will be an added advantage.
