HR OperationsManagement: Oversee all aspects of HRoperations including but not limited to onboarding welcome kitensuring high level of employee experience Document managementhelpdesk handling transfer of employees background verificationetc... Ensure efficient and accurate processing of HR transactionsand maintain uptodate records.
ProcessImprovement: Identify opportunities tostreamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement processimprovements and leverage technology solutions to automate manualtasks.
HRISAdministration: Serve as the primaryadministrator for the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)platform. Manage system configurations data integrity and useraccess. Provide training and support to HR staff and endusers asneeded.
Data Analysis andReporting: Generate HR metrics andreports to track key performance indicators identify trends andprovide insights to senior leadership. Utilize data analytics toinform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement in HRoperations.
