Guest Relations Executive

Summary

Vaishnaoi Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, facilitating property tours, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests and clients.

Role Description

• Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Coordinate with sales, leasing, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
• Assist in organizing and hosting promotional events and open houses.
• Maintain and update client records and databases accurately.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or guest relations
• Strong sales skills
• Ability to perform receptionist duties
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Fluency in English and Telugu
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
