The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, facilitating property tours, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests and clients.

Role Description

- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.- Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.- Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers, tenants, and investors.- Coordinate with sales, leasing, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and property viewings.- Assist in organizing and hosting promotional events and open houses.- Maintain and update client records and databases accurately.- Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and feedback.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations- Strong sales skills- Ability to perform receptionist duties- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize- Fluency in English and Telugu- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
