Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Manager professional to join our Client "Illusion Dental Lab ". As a Manufacturing Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our manufacturing department. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Andheri, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in the manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing roles and skills required
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and selection
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for manufacturing positions
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Noukari, Indeed, , social media platforms) and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule candidate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Check candidate references and verify employment and educational backgrounds
  • Make job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition for the manufacturing sector
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the recruitment database
  • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience
