Job role: We are seeking a Growth Marketer to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate should be able to combine their growth marketing skills with a strong understanding of our industry, products, competition, and marketing objectives in order to accelerate student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities :
Webinar & Content Marketing : Leverage our domain knowledge, internal and industry experts to strategize webinars and content marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement and optimize conversion rates.
Lead Nurturing & Engagement : Create cost-effective strategies for nurturing our leads (using e-mail campaigns, whatsapp/SMS nudges, app notifications, newsletters). Undertake end-to-end designing, execution, tracking and optimization of lead nurturing campaigns.
Funnel & Marketing Analytics : Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns via key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion metrics at each stage in the funnel.
Lead Segmentation & Engagement : Create and execute deliverables that help develop ideal experiences for leads by undertaking:
User Research : Conduct user research and testing to gather insights into different user personas.
Strategising Content : Work with the marketing team to strategize content creation for driving engagements for each user persona.
Website Performance and Maintenance : Monitor the performance of our website and mobile app by optimizing its architecture and navigation.
Growth and experiments : Come up with ideas and execute experiments for growth and lead conversion
Requirements :
A minimum 2 years of work experience in growth marketing, generating qualified leads and increasing conversions in a competitive industry.
The candidate should be obsessed with moving the needle with a strong focus on results and take ownership of outcomes
Understand best practices for UI and UX for websites, applications, mobile, and desktop
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills
