We Prefer Candidates Have 2 to 3 years Experience In hospitality Industry/Hotel Industry.

Snapshot:


·        
Lead
the Human Resource Department with General Manager and leadership to align HR
strategies with our business goals            and our Culture Beliefs.


·         Lead
end-to-end recruitment – source, screen, interview, on-board.


·        
Uphold
and Guide employees and managers on HR policies and relations.


·        
Organise
and administer Employee Engagement & Development activities.


·        
Champion
an inclusive workplace culture and promote Responsible Business initiatives.

Qualifications:

·        
Bachelor's
degree (Master's a plus) in HR, Business, or similar.

·        
Minimum
5 years HR experience, 3 years in an Executive or above role.

·        
Strong
HR knowledge and communication skills.


·        
Discreet,
professional, and proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
