to act as the

Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)

for the implementation of the

Project Operations module , formerly known as

Navision . This role is pivotal in overseeing the full-cycle implementation process, ensuring that the project aligns with business goals and delivers value.Key Responsibilities :Serve as the functional lead for the

Project Operations module

within MS Dynamics, driving its successful end-to-end implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective project solutions.Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure that stakeholders are fully equipped to use the module efficiently.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives.Identify and resolve any challenges related to project workflows, ensuring smooth integration and implementation.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring continuous engagement, transparency, and alignment.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the Project Operations module.Key Requirements :Experience :15–18 years of hands-on experience with

MS Dynamics , specializing in

Project Operations

(formerly

Navision ).Proven track record of leading and delivering full-cycle

greenfield implementations

in complex environments.Expertise in managing and driving the successful delivery of large-scale implementations.Functional Expertise :In-depth knowledge of

MS Dynamics Project Operations

functionality and configuration.Strong understanding of project management, finance, and operations workflows.Ability to integrate and optimize business processes within the Project Operations module.Skills :Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes in clear, actionable terms.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and address any project challenges.Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth transitions throughout the project lifecycle.Proven ability to meet project deadlines and ensure alignment with business needs.
