Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Dynamics CRM Technical Lead to lead the implementation of our CRM system using the Rapid Response Framework (RRF). The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics CRM, with the ability to manage and deliver complex projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the implementation of Dynamics CRM using RRF, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Technical Expertise: Design and implement Dynamics CRM solutions, including custom entities, workflows, and business processes. Develop and deploy custom plugins, web services, and integrations with third-party systems. Configure and optimize Dynamics CRM security, user roles, and data access controls.
Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable and maintainable Dynamics CRM solutions. Ensure solutions meet business requirements, are user-friendly, and adhere to organizational standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution scope.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to minimize business disruption during implementation. Communicate project progress, timelines, and changes to stakeholders and end-users. Provide training and support to end-users on new Dynamics CRM features and functionality. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality delivery of Dynamics CRM solutions. Identify and report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations. Communicate project progress, timelines, and changes to stakeholders and end-users. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
Strong experience with Dynamics CRM (at least 5 years). Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and XAML. Experience with Dynamics CRM development tools, such as Visual Studio, Dynamics CRM SDK, and Power Apps.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Nice to Have: Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. Experience with: Power BI and Power Apps. Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps. Cloud-based development and deployment.
