We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls, following up on warm leads, and converting prospects into potential customers. Your main goal will be to drive sales and generate interest in our services through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or lists (cold calling).
  • Follow up on incoming leads through phone calls and maintain consistent communication.
  • Explain the services offered by the company in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or product recommendations.
  • Maintain records of calls and leads using CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Achieve Monthly call and meeting conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and redirect complex issues to the sales team if needed.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer relationship to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or ability to manage data efficiently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹17,000.00 per month
