**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through IndiaMART and other channels.
- Present products and services clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Share daily/weekly reports with management.

**Required Skills & Qualities**
- 2-3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing/inside sales.
- Strong convincing power and persuasive communication.
- Knowledge of **IndiaMART portal** preferred.
- Ability to learn product details quickly.
- Clear and confident communication in Hindi (English basic preferred).
- Disciplined, organized, and target-focused.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or related tools).

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any stream (preferred, not mandatory if experienced).

**Compensation**
- Fixed Salary (based on experience, no incentives).

Pay: ₹15,000.57 - ₹30,000.00 per month
