Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – B2B - Remote – Work from Home
Job Purpose: The Primary function of this position is to promote and sell hotel Property Management
System.
Job Type – Remote, Full Time. The job timings will be 8 hours Monday to Friday in late evenings IST. The timings will correspond with 9 AM to 5 PM US Central time. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for a candidate who can commit to a long-term, permanent arrangement.
Salary – Annual salary will be between INR 6,00,000 to 7,00,000 depending on the candidate plus minimal commissions.
Job Description
Achieve and exceed sales objectives by finding and maintaining regular contacts with new customers. Define strategic plan and stay alert to potential opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close. This includes but not limits to identifying opportunity, qualifying, matching with solution (presentation, quotation and proposal), handling objection, negotiating and closing, ensuring that all terms and conditions of the contracts are defined and respect company's standards.
Develop a thorough understanding of the product, its strengths, positioning, content etc. to be leveraged for pitch impact and effectiveness. Build a strategy to derive maximum revenue for your accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate must have knowledge and ability to do mass email communications.
The Candidate must be comfortable making 50+ cold calls per day and meeting sales quota, and have ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
The position holder will be responsible for maintaining relationships with a designated set of key strategic accounts and identifying new accounts to maximize revenue from them through sale of commercial time and branded solutions.
Must have great organizational skills and should be able to work independently and deliver results, with little help from the establishment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidate should be fluent in English.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Sales with experience in customer value proposition approach and capacity to engage the customer in meaningful dialogue through consultative selling methodology.
Good command of MS Office and other Marketing Tools.
