That's because whether its sourcing, engineering, design, marketing, customer serviceor any of our teams, our work is always new, challenging, and up-to-the-minute.About the role:You will be primarily responsible for ensuring indirect tax compliance processes are being followed correctly in order for indirect tax returns which company is responsible for preparing and submitting to the government.Roles & Responsibilities:Compiling the reports, documents, etc. required for timely and effective completion of Scrutiny.Assessment/Appellate proceedings under Income Tax law as well as GST law.Replying to the notices issued and other related queries of Income Tax/GST authorities.Preparation of all Statutory documents for Sales Tax Assessments/Service Tax Audits and completion of the assessment/Audit within time line.To effectively handle past on-going litigations relating to Indirect tax areas/Direct Tax Areas and to handle any future litigation.To improve and/or develop system / processes (including IT system) for timely and effective management, compliance, reporting relating to indirect tax operations.To effectively work with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, counsels, service providers to ensure 100% compliances.Computation of GST returns (GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B) with maximum utilization of ITC as per the GST Act.Monthly Reconciliation of GSTR-2A & GSTR-3B/GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B/GSTR-1 & EWB.Monthly Books and Return Reconciliation for ensuring the correct accounting of GST and accounting of ITC utilization in GSTR-3B.Timely completion of GST Audit and Annual Return and providing all Tax related information for the Statutory, Audit & Internal Audit team.Update latest development & changes in Govt Policies, GST rules & regulations related to operation & its sharing with appropriate stake holdersFunctional and Desired Skills:Skilled in internal/ statutory audit.Should have working knowledge of Navision ERP.Strong hold on the accounting standards.Handling Tax audit(3CD/3CA).Structured thinking, high Levels of Ownership and Drive.Values of UL that will be Key to Excelling in this Role:-
