We are seeking a results-driven and motivated BDE/BDM to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in cybersecurity services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business growth and forging lasting client relationships while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand and present Shieldbyte Infosec's services, including penetration testing, phishing simulations, ISO 27001 audits, and cybersecurity training programs, to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs and deliver value.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers from BFSI, IT, Healthcare, and more industries.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM tools with detailed information on prospects and opportunities.
- Represent Shieldbyte Infosec at industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand presence and visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred for BDM roles.
- Experience:
- For BDE: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or IT services.
- For BDM: 4–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, market trends, and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
