Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Faridabad. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, planning sales strategies, managing invoices and payments, and preparing reports on account status. The individual will also assist in resolving client issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company standards in client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client management and relations
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing invoices and payments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the legal publishing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
