Position Accounts Executive Location Gurgaon Experience 2-5 yrs Job Summary The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in the finance department focusing on various aspects of accounting and financial management The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage billing client ledgers credit management and accounts reconciliation Key Responsibilities Maintain and update client ledgers with accurate financial transactions Monitor client accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments Provide assistance to clients with billing inquiries Generate accurate and timely invoices for goods or services provided Ensure adherence to billing policies and regulations Perform billing reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required Work with clients to resolve overdue payments Utilize data analytics tools to analyse financial data and trends Implementing technical tools such as Excel formulas and functions to handle financial issues Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers Prepare vouchers listing invoice number date vendor address item description amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve issues Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail In-depth knowledge of TDS Tax Deducted at Source regulations and compliance Familiarity with Tally Busy software for efficient financial management Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Morning shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Financial accounting 1 year Preferred GST 1 year Preferred License Certification Billing Preferred Work Location In person
