Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Manager & Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This role requires managing multiple social media accounts for our hospitality clients, creating short-form content, and directly engaging with clients to ensure their social media strategies are executed effectively. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: * Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, etc.) for clients. * Plan, create, and post engaging short-form content (captions, posts, stories, etc.). * Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and customers on behalf of clients. * Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, growth, reach, etc.). Content Creation: * Develop creative and impactful short-form content, tailored to each client’s brand voice and target audience. * Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals to accompany content. Client Servicing: * Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients. * Attend client meetings to discuss social media strategies, results, and improvements. * Ensure clients' requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally, managing their expectations effectively. * Provide regular performance updates and reports to clients. Requirements: * Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the hospitality sector. * Excellent written communication skills and ability to write compelling short-form content. * Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices. * Client-facing experience with the ability to manage relationships effectively. * Ability to multitask and manage several accounts simultaneously. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Creativity and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a digital marketing agency. * Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its unique social media needs. * Experience working with graphic designers.
