ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy:Create and implement social media marketing strategies for brands to stand out on social media, build

awareness amongst their target audience, and expand market reach.Develop content calendars and content pillars that align with the overall marketing strategy.Breakdown competitor strategies and implement social media best practices for all clients.

Campaign and SOCIAL MEDIA Management:

Brainstorm and ideate innovative social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences of the brand, increase brand visibility and engagement.Run and optimize social media campaigns to meet the marketing goals of the brands.Manage and grow the social media community of our clients across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, etc.Create, schedule, and post content; engage with followers; and monitor performance metrics to optimize all social media strategies.

Content Creation and Management:Create and curate rich and engaging content for social media channels of brands.Collaborate with writers and designers to produce engaging and visually stunning content.Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.Ensure all content is informative, appealing, and on-brand.

Trend Analysis and Optimization:Stay updated on industry trends, social media tools, and opportunities for brand growth.Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.

Client and Team Communication:Manage client communications, ensuring all brand briefs are clearly understood and executed.Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless communication.

Reporting and Analytics:Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, web traffic, and ROI.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.

Pitch Deck Creation:Develop pitch decks for new brands, whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience (4+ years) in social media management, brand strategy, copywriting, preferably in an agency set up.Strong writing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies.
