**About Us**:
**Location**:
Our office is located in Gurgaon, India. This role will be a hybrid in-office / remote position, with the expectation of at least two (2) days per week in office.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Studio, this role will contribute to the Digital Studio team’s efforts to create short and long-form digital content for our various social channels and O&Os.

**About you**:
This role requires organization, the ability to multitask effectively, a deep understanding of writing for short-form content and knowledge of best practices for audience engagement on social media and the O&O.

This position will work in our Gurgaon office as well as have a dotted line to VP, Digital Studio, based in Los Angeles.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Provide overall writing support for the Brand Producer/Team in franchise formats, including originally filmed productions as well as clip-based formats
- Writing video copy for the O&O and Social Channels
- Track projects via AirTable - production and social posting calendar
- Being responsible for performing QC and overall optimization on the text before the content is published
- Responsible for writing and coming up with copy for social posts
- Work with the Content Director, Producers, and development team to help ideate and create new formats based on content needs communicated from the Audience Development team
- Other duties as assigned by Producers and Head of Studio, India

**You Have**:

- Mastery of the English language and a strong understanding of American English
- 4+ years writing experience
- Strong copywriting skills with an emphasis on best practices for social media platforms
- Deep knowledge of and experience creating content for all social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.)
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite of products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Experience with AirTable or equivalent project management system
