We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCMTechnical Consultant with 46 years of experience to join our teamon a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in Oracle HCM implementations technical configurationsand customizations. You will be responsible for providing technicalexpertise ensuring the successful deployment of Oracle HCMsolutions and supporting our clients across multiple locationsincluding Bangalore Chennai Kolkata and Mumbai.Key Responsibilities:

Implementation &Customization:Lead andparticipate in the technical implementation of Oracle HCMmodules.Customize and configure Oracle HCMapplications to meet client requirements.

TechnicalSupport:Provide technicalsupport and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications.Develop and maintain custom reports interfaces andextensions using Oracle tools and technologies.

Integration:Integrate Oracle HCM modules with other systems andapplications.Ensure seamless data flow andsynchronization across different systems.

Documentation &Training:Create andmaintain technical documentation for configurations customizationsand integrations.Provide training and supportto endusers and client technical teams.

Collaboration:Work closely with functional consultants project managersand client stakeholders to ensure project success.Participate in requirement gathering sessions andtranslate business requirements into technicalsolutions.

Requirements:

Experience:46 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical rolesincluding implementation and support.Handsonexperience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS)HCM modules.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM technical configurations andcustomizations.Strong knowledge of PL/SQLOracle Application Framework (OAF) BI Publisher andWorkflow.Experience with data migration dataconversion and interface development.

SoftSkills:Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills.Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.

Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or a related field.
