Location : Chennai/Bangalore

Job Description :


Should have 4 to 6 years of Oracle HCM cloud with at least 2 end to end implementation experience, Technical professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family

1. In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business process on Core HR and Absences and their data flow.

2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written

3. The candidate must have configuration expertise on the below modules/tools/scripts:

- Expert in Fast Formulas on WFA & Absences

- Expert in Oracle HCM SQLs

- Reports Development (BIP & OTBI)

- Interface Development -

Responsibilities :


- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM cloud implementations, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live.


- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into technical solutions.


- Design and configure HCM functionalities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.


- Develop and maintain complex HCM workflows and automation using Fast Formulas.


- Write and execute advanced Oracle HCM SQL queries to extract and analyze data.


- Design and develop custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI tools.


- Build and maintain data interfaces with external systems using HCM Extracts.


- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients after go-live.


- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Oracle HCM cloud technology.


Qualifications :


- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM cloud solutions.


- Proven experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM cloud implementations.


- In-depth knowledge of core HCM modules (e.g., Workforce Management, Absence Management, Payroll).


- Strong understanding of solution design principles and industry best practices for HCM.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.


- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


- Expertise in Fast Formulas for Workflow and Absence Management configurations.


- Proficiency in writing complex Oracle HCM SQL queries.


- Experience with reporting tools like Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI. Knowledge of data interface development concepts and HCM Extracts.
