About Us:

CORE is a Structural & Architectural office specializing in innovative and sustainable design solutions. We are looking for proficient Senior Structural Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the design, analysis, and inspection of structural projects across various sectors. This role offers a great opportunity for growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and analyze structural systems for buildings, and other structures using appropriate software.

  1. Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for projects.

  2. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

  3. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver effective structural solutions.

  4. Provide technical advice and support during the construction phase.

  5. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

  6. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.

  7. Manage and review designs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Civil from a reputed Institute or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred).

  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.

  3. Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro or similar tools.

  4. Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocodes, BS, IS).

  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

  9. A professional engineering license (or in the process of obtaining one) is a plus.

  10. Experience with BIM software such as Revit is an advantage.
