In this role, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our Staffing client base in the UAE region. You will bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate our market growth. Your client portfolio will be unlimited; you can source new business across all Staff UAE business sectors: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning our services. Networking and Relationship Building: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish a robust professional network. What You Bring: Proven experience in business development within Staffing/Recruitment. Staffing Experience with agency OR IT Consulting exp with any IT system integrator Exp. in 360 Degree IT recruitment OR Account managemen t Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Motivated and positive disposition. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment. Prior exp with IT hiring/Consulting of BFSI and Govt. sectors. Exp. in IT recruitment, Account Management and specially in contract/Permanent Hiring.
