Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client accounts, including responsibility for implementation work that requires designing and delivering bespoke data models tailored to each client's needs.
  • Develop and implement new data logic and workflows in response to evolving client requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, balancing hands-on contribution with oversight and prioritisation across initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and locations, collaborating effectively to achieve client and business goals.
  • Solve complex analytical and data-related challenges independently, delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with clients, internal teams, prospects, and senior leaders, providing product updates, analytical insights, and project progress.
  • Actively contribute to the team's innovation culture by proposing new initiatives or improvements to existing processes, products, and methodologies.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Service industry, Business analyst, product management, project management or similar technical roles.

  • Degree in Finance, Business or Analytics preferred.

  • Advantageous if having experience on Data Management or Business Intelligence tool such as (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx and R)
  • Advantageous if having good understanding of capital market concepts and familiarity of dataset used by Hedge fund, Private equity and Real assets industry.
  • Highly proficient MS Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Composed, experienced and professional in client interaction
  • A logical mind, capable of implementing and improving structured processes
  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex analytical problems
  • Demonstrable experience of tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements, and subsequently attempting to automate
