Chief Information Security Officer

We is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our organization to lead our efforts in advancing a robust information security program. The CISO will be responsible for further developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, policies, and practices to safeguard our organization's sensitive information, technology infrastructure, and digital assets.Primary responsibilities (not limited to)Further develop and communicate the organization's information security strategy, vision, and goalsCollaborate with the Enterprise Architect, CIO, technology teams and company leadership to integrate security into the business strategyProvide guidance and reporting on emerging threats, technology trends, and security best practicesPlan, budget, recommend, and implement security software and hardware solutions for the network and IT infrastructure, using best practicesIdentify, assess, and prioritize security risks to the organization's information and technology assetsDevelop and implement a risk management framework to mitigate identified risks effectivelyConduct regular risk assessments and ensure that risk mitigation measures are in placeEnsure data, information, assets, and proprietary property remain secure from corruption, misuse, and internal theftDevelop, implement, and enforce information security policies, standards, and proceduresStay current and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in all jurisdictions where we conduct businessCollaborate with the CIO and the Enterprise Architect to develop and implement a security architectureEvaluate existing technologies and recommend new products and services to enhance the company's security postureDevelop and maintain an incident response plan to address security incidents promptlyLead investigations into security incidents and advise on corrective actionsCoordinate with external agencies and law enforcement as necessary.Maintain and further develop security awareness programs to educate employees on security policies and best practices, at all levelsContinue to foster a culture of security consciousness and responsibility throughout the organizationAssess and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors and partnersEstablish and require a baseline of security requirements for vendor contracts and agreementsRequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience working specifically in an information security roleBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certificationsProven experience in a leadership role within information security, with a focus on strategy development and executionIn-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practicesStrong understanding of technology and security trends, including cloud security, mobile security, and emerging threatsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholdersWorking days/hours:
Monday to Friday;
Fully working from the office
- Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.All Technementals Innovation India Private Limited employees must be eligible to work in India.
