Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Service Desk professional for Tata Croma , Tripunithura. As a Customer Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. We are looking for a dynamic fresher or experienced candidate in Retail customer service sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 12th Pass/ Diploma/ Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications and software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the customer database
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and a customer-centric approach
