We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Parts Sales Manager to lead our remote phone sales team. This role is a great opportunity for a dealership parts manager, aftermarket sales manager or equivalent professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Team:Oversee and mentor a team of remote phone sales representatives.Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.

Training and Quality Control:Identify and address training needs.Implement quality control measures.Develop and deliver training programs.

Sales Performance and Reporting:Track and analyze sales metrics.Generate reports on sales activities and team performance.Refine sales strategies based on data insights.

Motivation and Customer Service:Motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated issues.
