Job Description A reputed law firm is looking to hire an Associate (1-4 years PQE) for its General Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity/Venture Capital practice in Delhi . The role offers exposure to high-value transactions and dynamic client engagements across industries. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions , including structuring, negotiations, and execution. Conducting due diligence , drafting reports, and identifying key legal risks in corporate transactions. Drafting and reviewing transaction documents , such as shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and term sheets . Advising clients on company law, foreign investment regulations, FEMA, SEBI, and other corporate governance matters . Liaising with regulatory authorities and assisting in compliance-related matters. Supporting senior associates and partners on deal strategy and transaction execution. Requirements: LL.B. from a reputed law school. 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate law, M&A, and PE/VC transactions. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills . Familiarity with FEMA, SEBI, Companies Act, and related regulations . Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Location: Delhi NCR Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
