Looking for a " Corporate Special Projects" for a global conglomerate that has a leading presence across multiple industries- based out of Chennai. 4+ yearsExperience in Investment Banking Special Projects IPO, Private Equity, Structured Debt / Equity Acquisitions / Investments / Strategic partnerships / Joint Ventures End-to-end transaction support Opportunity evaluation – rationale, fitment with strategy, SWOT, pros & cons, etc. Financial modelling, Deal structuring (commercial, tax, regulatory, legal, etc.) Working closely with investment bankers, tax / legal/other advisors, Term sheet preparation & discussion Review of transaction documents (thorough commercial risk analysis), Negotiation & finalisation of documents closingSkills: Strong logical & analytical thinking, Keen commercial acumen, strong risk assessment capability, Smart, passionate & willing to take accountability, ability & willingness to learn, hands-on with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Background experience – Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances, Fundraising (debt/equity), Capital Budgeting, Investment banking (Big 4, SBICAPs, etc.), M&A Due Diligence (Big 4), VC/PE, Family office, Corporate Planning / Strategy professionals.Tier-I educational qualification
