What You'll Do:

  1. Assist clients with website navigation, and product inquiries.
  2. Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
  4. Manage client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Prepare reports on client satisfaction and success metrics.
  6. Work with the product and development teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into product improvements.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interaction activities.


What We're Looking For:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  2. Analytical skills to diagnose issues and provide viable solutions promptly.
  3. Comfortable with technology and proficient in using various software tools.
  4. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  5. Passionate about helping clients and ensuring they have a positive experience with our product.
  6. Enthusiastic and proactive in addressing client needs and driving their success.
  7. Preferably with experience working with SaaS products.
  8. Preferably with experience in a start-up environment.
  9. Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
  10. Proven ability to educate executive decision-makers, building and maintaining relationships with them.
