Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Mendix Test Automation Engineer with over 7 years of experience in automation, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mendix, test automation frameworks, and scripting, along with a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement test automation strategies for Mendix applications.
  • Create and maintain test scripts using Python to automate test cases.
  • Utilize SQL for test data creation, validation, and ensuring data integrity during testing.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of Mendix applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and solutions using Mendix , Selenium , and other relevant tools.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
  • Ensure continuous testing integration and implementation of CI/CD pipelines .
  • Troubleshoot issues with automated tests, review results, and improve testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the development team to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Mendix Test Automation : Strong experience in test automation for Mendix applications.
  • Python : Proficient in writing and maintaining test scripts using Python.
  • SQL : Experience with SQL for test data manipulation and validation.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • API testing and automation skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in Mendix application testing and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.
