About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, including Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination with clients and consultants, resource management, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete lifecycle of HVAC projects (VRF, Chillers, Ductable, Cassette, Fresh Air & Exhaust systems).
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Lead site teams, supervise contractors, and coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.
  • Conduct technical discussions with OEMs, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Handle project billing, documentation, and closure.
  • Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation).
  • Proficiency in project planning tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, load calculations, and design review.
  • Familiarity with Indian standards, safety, and regulatory compliances.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 915 years of experience in HVAC project execution & management.
  • PMP/Project Management certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
