Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accounts Executive located in Noida. The Junior Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with financial reporting. Other day-to-day tasks include reconciling bank statements, managing expense reports, and supporting the preparation of budgets. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and processing invoices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
