policy strategy, research, and engagement

What You'll Do

As part of the
Public Policy team
, you will support mission-driven work that informs decision-making, shapes regulation, and builds relationships with key stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
policy advisory, advocacy, and government relations
.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Policy Strategy:
    Assist in developing advocacy roadmaps and tracking evolving policy priorities.
  • Government Relations:
    Support client positioning with government stakeholders at the central, state, and local levels.
  • Policy Tracking & Analysis:
    Monitor regulatory changes, identify client implications, and generate actionable insights.
  • Research:
    Conduct primary and secondary research on policy trends, government schemes, and industry developments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Help maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, and influencers.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Use data and research tools to identify policy risks and emerging opportunities.
  • Content Development:
    Draft briefing notes, presentations, and policy reports aligned with client objectives.
  • Project Coordination:
    Ensure smooth execution of advocacy and regulatory support projects.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with senior consultants and provide support to interns or new team members.

What We're Looking For

Education:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in
    Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Economics
    , or related fields.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years
    in policy consulting, government affairs, or advocacy.
  • Exposure to education, skilling, or public sector engagement will be a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of India's policy-making processes
  • Ability to analyze policy papers and government documents
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in presentation and report writing
