The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.- Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.- Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.- Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.- Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors.- Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team.- Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade.- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.Desired Candidate Profile:- Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)- Experience: 3–6 years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region headquartered in Hyderabad.- Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Punjab.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.- Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.What We Offer:- Competitive salary + attractive incentives.- Opportunity to grow in a fast-expanding cosmetic brand.- Exposure to modern trade, general trade, and salon channels.- Supportive work culture with performance-driven rewards.How to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated CV to with the subject line “Application for ASM – Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (Hyderabad)”.
