Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
L3 Engineer – Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
with strong expertise in
Identity & Access Management (IDAM), Identity Protection, and Governance
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
end-to-end support, administration, and optimization of Microsoft Entra ID solutions
across enterprise environments. This role requires hands-on experience in
user lifecycle management, conditional access, privileged identity management, and threat protection
, along with the ability to manage escalations and work closely with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support
    Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
    including:
  • User provisioning/de-provisioning
  • Group management (dynamic & static)
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Implement and manage
    Conditional Access Policies, MFA, and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
    .
  • Configure, enable, and troubleshoot
    SSO integrations
    with enterprise applications (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Monitor and configure
    Identity Protection policies
    for risk-based conditional access and threat mitigation.
  • Manage
    Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
    .
  • Analyze security reports, risk events, and sign-in logs to proactively detect and mitigate threats.
  • Collaborate with
    L1/L2 teams
    for escalations, incident resolution, and service request handling.
  • Create and maintain documentation including
    SOPs, configuration guides, and compliance reports
    .
  • Provide recommendations to enhance
    identity security, performance, and governance controls
    .
  • Participate in
    audits and compliance activities
    related to IDAM and access governance.
  • Work with
    Microsoft support and OEMs
    for advanced troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Ensure alignment with
    Zero Trust security principles
    and enterprise identity governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of
    hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Identity & Access Management (IDAM)
    principles.
  • Proven experience in:
  • Conditional Access & MFA
  • Identity Protection & threat analytics
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Access Reviews & Entitlement Management
  • Mandatory expertise in
    SSO integration using SAML, OAuth, OIDC protocols
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    PowerShell scripting
    for automation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    Active Directory (AD)
    and hybrid identity concepts.
  • Excellent
    analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
    .

Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory)

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
