Role & responsibilities

QS Engineer / Senior Engineer


• Quantity take off from GFC drawing (within 15 days from date of received).

  • Preparation of labor bill & certification from project head and submit to HO as per billing cycle.
    • Certification of contractor bills & approve from project head and submit to HO as per billing cycle (1 day for ad-hoc certification).
  • On time work order request entry.


• Bills entry.

  • Preparation & submission of error free reconciliation statement for purchased materials.
  • Fund requirement.
  • Preparation of report- bill receipt date, date of certification by Site QS, date of certification by HO, submission date to accounts, payment receipt date.


• Bill delay report.

  • Budget copy & work orders.
  • Bills files.
