Position Summary
The person in this role will be responsible for managing the project and MUST BE FROM ANIMATION FILM BACKGROUND. Should be skilled in Project Management & Delegation, Resource management, Data Management, Production Schedules, Problem Solving & Team Leadership. Candidate must comprehend client briefs, take design decisions and manage effective execution of projects based on requirements.
Essential Job Responsibilities
The role is one of creative innovation and ingenuity, leadership, and team building, responsible for working cohesively with a team of Artists, Designers, Illustrators and Animators to create the unique vision developed for the clients.
Candidate must have an extensive knowledge of the Design/VFX and can relate to the clients’ specific projects in the most unique artistic way.
As a creative producer, to oversee the entire process of making a film, from pre-production to post-production.
Must be highly visually creative and in addition to an acute sense for visual aesthetics, have an in-depth knowledge of the technology used in aspects of Design.
Expected to manage projects from collaborative conceptualization through to final design and deliver the vision and creative process
Conduct daily reporting meetings and share reports with the Director.
Communicate with the clients both verbally & written.
Oversee the execution of deliveries of all temps and finals.
Working with senior members of the production to prioritize daily tasks and ensure the most important aspect of the work is addressed first.
Guide and mentor artists in Design department in developing further ideas.
Present concept and design ideas to the client and make recommendations, wherever needed.
Minimum Position Qualifications
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
·        Minimum Experience: 10-15 years (animation film industry experience is a must).
·        In-depth knowledge of Character animation, motion graphics, 2D & 3D design and experience of design tools
Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling projects.
·        knowledge of Maya, Unreal Engine, Photoshop and After Effects / Nuke would be an advantage
·        Organized and disciplined
·        Clear and good in written and verbal communication
