We are looking for:

o An experienced Animator with proven track records, who would be contributing in the area of innovative gaming Animations throughout production cycle.
o Who would be ensuring consistency and quality of animation/design work across the project teams.
o Who would be comprehending Art briefs well and quickly, Conceptualizing and producing creative Animations/ Artwork.

Team and its function:

o The fellow member will be a seeding resource of a team which would handle creative Animation tasks back in India and later would be part of a small team responsible for building and maintaining creations.
o Member is expected to be responsive to remote direction and responsible for making changes as requested in a timely manner. Would be communicating complex art and animation related issues in a succinct and forthright manner to team members both locally and remotely.
o Selected member would be adding value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept through pre-production, production till post-production.
o Selected member will be playing a key role in providing consistent high quality digital Artwork and Animation on innovative gaming products as briefed and directed from Chief Concept creator & Art Director. He/She will be conceptualizing new art and animation products in accordance with art brief.
o As this would be a seeding role hence it has all potential to develop astonishing products and contribute towards co-workers skill development.

  • Minimum 7-10 years computer experience using related programs
  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in a commercial Art / Animation environment, relevant skills (industry experience, tools we use, programming languages, etc.)
  • 4-5 year of experience of leading a team of Artist & animators.
  • A Formal Graphic Design or Animation Qualification
  • Expertise in the use of key programs – Photoshop, After Effects, 2D Spine.
  • Strong conceptual and traditional drawing skills along with good understanding of Art and Animation principles.
  • Good Character animation knowledge.
  • Experience with memory and space optimization.
  • Working knowledge in timelines. Animations, visual and audio effects, user interface and dialog.
What we're looking for
  • 5 to 10 years of work experience
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in 3D animation or related field
  • Experience in Same gaming domain is a plus
