With a heavy investment backing, our client is dedicated to developing a state-of-the-art renewable energy portfolio in India.

Job Description

Be the single contact person for any queries regarding the contracts and resolve them in due consultation with the relevant internal departments Draft and negotiate the new contracts to be signed with the Solar Park developers, land aggregator, etc. Coordinate for closure of all conditions stipulated in the contracts in a timely manner Coordinate with the relevant counsels/lawyers on a time-to-time basis Coordinate with land aggregators for addressing issues related to land TSRs Facilitate timely payments of various contractors/consultants by resolving any query from internal departments Facilitate in providing information to various stakeholders of the project and helping in the due diligence activities Ensure timely land aggregation and procurement of statutory permits applicable for the project Coordinate with internal resources and business associates for the flawless execution of projects. Liaising with team to discuss the progress of the project and address all issues that arise. Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize phases of the project development Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions specified in the Contract
